Hi, I’m Tiffany Launa Castro-Weston — a mindset and lifestyle coach supporting women who want measurable, intentional change.
I work with high-functioning women who are outwardly capable but internally misaligned. They’ve adapted, achieved, and managed expectations — yet their habits, decisions, and identity no longer reflect what they actually want.
I believe growth requires shedding outdated patterns — not fixing yourself, but examining what was built from pressure, conditioning, or autopilot. Alignment comes from conscious decision-making, not motivation alone.
My coaching is structured, reflective, and collaborative. You define the outcomes. I guide the process. Through pattern analysis, intentional questioning, and steady accountability, we identify what’s driving your current results and implement sustainable behavioral shifts.
I am currently completing my Health & Wellness Coaching certification in alignment with NBHWC standards. Coaching with me is a professional partnership focused on self-directed change — not therapy or medical treatment.
